World Food Day

On the 16th October, 2018 World Food Day was commemorated: fighting against global hunger, but recognising how far we still have to go. Food is a basic daily necessity and no one should go hungry.

By way of example, did you know that each of us consumes over 15,000 gallons of water during our lifetime and that our water is increasingly contaminated with plastics, heavy metals and even bacteria?

We all can do our part and contribute to ending hungry. Take care of mother earth and mother earth will provide for every man, woman and child. A few steps can make a big difference in a someone life.

A truly balanced diet helps you to feel your best inside and out and brings health and wisdom to your life.
