World Mental Health Day

October 10, 2018

World Mental Health Day, was celebrated on 10th October, 2018. We are our brother’s/sister’s keeper. Just three words: “How are you?”

Mental health is still stigmatized and those struggling can feel isolated and alone.

Just as physical health requires proper nutrition, exercise, movement and maintenance on a daily basis, our mental and emotional health too requires adequate nurturing, attention, and support.

We place so much emphasis on our physical health and fitness, our external beauty, and the ways we are perceived.

Beauty emerges from the depths of a person’s attitude, positive mind-set, rich and supportive lifestyle, and healthy perspective. Let’s work on those “inner depths” and “build each other up”. Sometimes it just means being there to listen.
